I’ll vote NO for New City Hall $60 Million!!!

I’ll vote NO for $100 Million Streetscape project which adds bricks and shrubs downtown without adding lanes or infrastructure, to be paid out over twenty years. The Current Ward 3 Alderman voted Yes!

I’ll vote YES for building/upgrading the STATE MANDATED WATER IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM which would be mostly funded by the FEDERAL STIMULUS ACT.
(I opposed the Stimulus Act, but now that the Federal Government wants to give back a portion of what they’re taking, we should use it!)
FRANKLIN’S BUDGET DOUBLED from 2001 to 2009!
